TruVivo® Flex

A flexible, in vitro 2D+ hepatic culture system that extends our proven TruVivo platform with customizable glucocorticoid supplementation, delivering unprecedented control and flexibility for human-relevant liver studies across species for evaluating thyroid disruption changes.

Flexible In Vitro Culture System for
Species-Relevant Outcomes

Modern research demands accurate in vitro to in vivo extrapolation. However, fixed media formulations in standard systems limit the ability to accommodate multiple species.

TruVivo Flex puts the power of customization in your hands, enabling you to tailor supplementation concentrations to address your species-specific culture requirements and deliver more predictive outcomes in T4 metabolism and clearance via glucuronidation pathways.

Download our Data Sheet to see demonstrated, stable function and T4 clearance data in both rat and human hepatocytes.
