Dr. Chris DeRosier

About the Speaker

Dr. DeRosier is a 2002 AOA graduate of the University of Alabama school of Medicine. He completed a General Surgery Residency under Dr. Kirby Bland, a NIH T32 Research Fellowship under Dr. Selwyn Vickers, and completed his plastic surgery residency under Drs. Jorge de la Torre, and Dr. Luis Vasconez, all at the University of Alabama.

 

After serving on faculty in the Department of Surgery at the University of Alabama for several years, he then moved to Tallahassee Florida where he is in his 13th year of private practice. Dr. DeRosier's clinical interest involve establishment of local regional soft tissue failure management systems and coordinating care across the spectrum of reconstructive surgery. His current Institutional Project is a complete overhaul and modernization of surgical wound care product introduction and usage across all surgical specialties at Tallahassee Memorial Hospital.
