Primary Human Hepatocytes & Non-Parenchymal Liver Cells

We offer primary human hepatocytes and non-parenchymal liver cells. including Kupffer cells, stellate cells, and liver endothelial cells. Our large inventory of primary human hepatocytes is available in plateable and suspension categories. Hepatocytes are tested for phase I and II enzyme activity as well as the induction of CYP3A4, CYP2B6, and CYP1A2 mRNA and specific activity. Donor-matched cells are available, and cells span the MAFLD/MASH disease spectrum.

He has over 35 years of experience in basic research and in vitro translational model development in industry, biotech, and academia. Dr. LeCluyse has done extensive research, development, and implementation of novel in vitro human hepatic model systems to study mechanisms of liver metabolism, DILI, and disease.
